It's all good and well to make plans for the year ahead but how can you make plans for the future without looking at how your business has faired in the recent past and present?

Natasha looks at how to systematically carry out a review of your business, to assess all areas of it and to identify weaknesses and issues before you even start to plan ahead. And she shares her own horror story which has helped her to massively review a particular work process and in turn has shaped some of her plans for next year.
