In this latest episode, Claire and Natasha chat about celebrant awards and take a look at the good, the bad and the ugly when it comes to industry awards. They chat about their own experiences of awards, as entrants and judges and the emotional rollercoaster that awards can take you on.

They also discuss the nature of awards in general and how they can be a good thing on a personal, business and industry level but they also get into the 'dark' side of awards. The negativity, the comparisonitis, the lack of integrity, and other factors that can rub the shine off of awards. It's a cracker of an episode that leaves no award stone unturned. So tune in now to listen.
